Look at me
just look at me
for just one instant
just one.
I can see your mind running and,
trying to find reasons why you can not look at me,
but just one instant
look at me.
Put down your burdens,
lighten your load,
cool down your jets,
shut down your engines,
just one instant
just one.
Take a deep breath,
a deep deep breath, and
look at me.
You will see that enormous space,
that enormous peaceful space.
You forgot that you were so confined,
that you are living in a little box,
and your mind is awake again.
OK I wont keep you longer,
you can pick up your load,
and put it back on your back,
start your engine,
rev them up,
and you can go.
But always remember,
you can't forget,
you can just come back, and
look at me.
And in looking at me,
you will find yourself again in that space.
And when you wake up from that
space you will have a choice,
put that load back on your back or
leave it at my feet,
the choice is yours.
Oh you are not ready, then go
I will be here,
just come back and
look at me.
And when leaving you have a choice,
you can leave your burdens at my feet or
you can pick them up
until you are ready
but I am here
so whenever you want just come back and
